Losses during acclimation or after adding to a tank are not covered due to factors beyond our control. We apologize for any inconvenience and are here to support you with any questions.

Customers can opt for replacements instead of a refund. We cover the cost of the livestock, but the customer pays reshipment costs. Replacements or extras are not covered by our live arrival guarantee.
