We are excited to have a new location and look forward to providing a 1st class retail experience in the coming future. At this time we are not available for retail sales or on-site tours. However, we would be happy to help schedule a pickup for you! (All pickups are by appointment only)
If you would like to pick up at our warehouse in Indianapolis, IN, please place your order online like normal.
After the order has been placed, please email our customer service team at oceanrealmsaquatics.shop to schedule the pickup. Please include ATTN: Local Pickup in the subject line. Let us know what day and time you would like to come by and pick the order up. (We usually can't arrange same-day pickups due to processing time; see below for available days and times.)
We will refund the cost of shipping at the time the order has been scheduled by our customer service team.
